Before you begin
Zylox is a private AI workspace for confidential thinking and high-trust work. Use only the account and workspaces your organisation has authorised for your information.
Create an account
- Open zylox.ai/signup.
- Enter your account details, or continue with an available sign-in provider.
- Open the verification email from Zylox and verify your email address.
- Return to Zylox, complete your profile, and name your first workspace.
- When setup finishes, Zylox opens the workspace.
If you joined through an invitation, use the invited email address. Workspace access is granted only after you sign in with the matching verified address.
Understand a workspace
A workspace keeps a set of documents, chats, people, and access rules together. Questions in a workspace use only knowledge you are allowed to access there. Create separate workspaces when people, purpose, or information sensitivity differs.
Your first useful workflow
- Open your workspace.
- Choose Upload data and add an authorised document.
- Wait until processing completes.
- Start a new chat and ask a specific question about the document.
- Open Sources on the answer and check the evidence.
